Where do you deliver?

 

We offer you National Coverage and can deliver to every postcode in Australia. We can also deliver your gift to addresses outside Australia, but depending on the location, we may need to contact you to obtain further delivery details.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

 

This will depend on the destination of your order. Your order will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time it was placed. At checkout you will have the option for standard delivery and express. If you are ever in doubt, or have an urgent requirement, don't hesitate to contact our friendly staff on (03) 5942 7038, use our LIVE CHAT or email us.

 

What time will my order arrive?

 

Orders will be delivered within business hours, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

What if the recipient is not at home?

 

The driver will leave a card in letterbox at the delivery address with instruction of where the order can be collected. This will usually be at your local post office. Delivery will not be attempted again. Since our shipments are fully trackable, if you believe you should have recieved your order and have not, contact us asap, and we will investigate immediately.

 

Can I request a specific delivery time?

 

Yes you can request a specific delivery time when ordering. Contact our office to make arrangements. Please note, that this option will incure additional charges and may not be available to your required destination.

 

Do I receive confirmation of my order?

 

Yes, an email confirmation will be sent to confirm the details of all online orders. If there are any problems processing your payment or further delivery address information is required one of our friendly staff will contact you personally.

 

What method of payment is accepted?

 

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Australian Money Orders. Payment via credit card will ensure your order is processed straight away, whilst money orders will need to arrive at our address before your order is activated.
